Well itdepends on what you are wearing and your hair type.. long short? If you're wearing something which reveals your shoulders and neck.. you can wear it up or down. If you're wearing something that covers the top half.. wear it up so that your not too cluttered around the neck area. Or check out what your fav celeb has been sporting at the latest red carpet event.. might inspire you!

I think you should put it all up and sleeked back no bangs and then put a bunch of loops in with bobby pins and wrap the last strand of hair around the pony tail. It is really cute and not overdone. Good luck! Muha!
