I am a small, thin, thirteen year old girl, and I want to get my hair cut. I think I have an oval face (that is what people have told me), and i have medium dark brown hair. Right now it is about six or seven inches past my shoulders. I think I want side bangs and layers, but i dont know what would look good on me. Please show me pictures and links for haircuts that would look good on me. Thank you!

It must be the age...I was 13 when I cut my really long hair off to just below my shoulders and I have always regretted it - not saying you shouldn't do it, though.
Maybe you could keep it long but have some layers put through it.
It all depends on how thick your hair is, whether it's fine or not and if it's wavy, curly or straight.

Get the ends razored for choppy effect.
Word of advice: Do NOT cut your hair short. I had hair that long when i was 13 and cut it all off way above my shoulders and i miss my hair SO much.

Cut it to about shoulder-length and layer it. Then get some side bangs! That would look great! Plus, it would still be long enough to fit into a ponytail, messy bun, etc.
