hey i have afro hair..well its really curly it isnt that afroish! if you get me :S! anyways..i have shool tomorrow and i have been wearing it straight alot so i want to wash it and then have a godd hair style for 2moro does ny one have any really good ideas??

my hair is a curly afro too! lol for the first day of school i had my bangs gelled to the side going down and into a ponytail..i had three braids in the middle...which were in a pony tail too.

ha, good luck. i have the same prob from one ancestor way back in the line- it's the only african trait i got. i've learned if i'm wearing it curly, never ever brush it and that keeps the fro-ness to a minimum.

you could put mousse or gel in your hair to make it not so frizzy. then you could pull half of it back. that looks cute in curly hair.

well i am an expert at hair so i'd have to say wash it ,blow dry it,comb it out,brush it out too,then if u have a flat iron flat iron it. after that it will be nice and straight and you can put it in lots of different styles.or just leave it out ur still gonna b beautiful.
