How do i look cute if i have shortish brown hair, blue eyes and pale skin...makeup and hair ideas?

Here's my idea.

Hair ;; Buy small clips. Brush only the top of your hair back, and put a clip there. Leave all the sides down. Trust me, it's cute.

You can do a lot of different things with blue eyes. You can afford to put on thick black eyeliner... it will still look good. People with brown eyes can't really put too much eyeliner on, it just starts to look scary. Maybe put on some lip gloss. That's probably all the make up you'll need.

As for the pale skin, you don't have to do anything. Don't try and make yourself look tan... and don't even consider going tanning! There's nothing wrong with having really light skin.
