First of all, get a good haircut that will cut off most of the damaged part. Right away, it will look 100 times better. Then get some good, strong conditioner. Don't get the stuff that says "Light, won't weigh your hair down." Get the stuff that looks like old fashioned cold cream if you can. Leave it in for a while before you wash it out. And finally, don't do anything to your hair for a while. It needs a rest. No bleaching, dying, permanent, or straightening. Just leave it alone. It will look beautiful again before you know it.

The best thing i can recommend is going to a hairdresser and getting a deep conditioning treatment. Im not sure as to the price but i got it done once when i was constantly dying my hair blonde and it really really helped. My hair felt great after.

I use Aussie's "Moist'' shampoo and conditioner. I shampoo only the roots, then, conditon all of my hair for about 3 minute. After, I comb the conditioner out and then rinse it with COLD water. After this, I apply conditioner to all of my hair again. But, this time i leave it for five minutes. Then, I use a deep conditioning treatments every two washes.

it used to be lovely and long and dark brown, till i decided to bleach it and then dye it tons of times

i had to have my hair cut of to my shoulders because it was to damaged
