I"m planning on being a sexy devil for the Halloween party I am going to have. Does anyone have any hair style ideas that might be helpful/ any make-up ideas would be great too.

Why not opt for a very thick lush reddish wig, a 60's Boufant Style, and then lace it with red %26amp; yellow 'costume' lights attached to a small battery and thus create effect that your hair is on fire! Also by using a Wig you can attach a nice set of Horns. Keep the make-up relatively simple; you'll want a healthy tan and orange eye liner.

i don't know how long your hair is but

long: put up in a high ponytail , scrunch hair and ruffle so it looks sexy and a little messy ( trust me this works ) . maybe even put some red streaks in your hair .

short hair again i love the hair dye i think as a one off it works really well.

either spike it or put a few extensions that are slightly longer that your own hair it kinda gives a zany halloween look .

Do your hair how you think of as sexy. Most of the she-devil pics that I've seen are either long blonde or black hair with the bedhead look so to speak. Sort of like how a Playboy pinup would do her hair.

Just do a wild hair style that sticks up and out. Maybe use some of that red hairspray that washes out too. For make-up, do a dark, deep lipstick, eye shadow and blush.

I would leave it down, and straighten it really straight, and part it different than usual. If you don't like that just curl it in tight ringlets, I wouldn't dye it though, from your avatar, you have dark hair, so just leave it that color. You should get a dark grey or even black eyeshadow and line the bottem of your lid with it, then apply a silver above that, wear a lot of mascara and red lipstick.
