I'm assuming you are a girl from your picture. What is your hair like right now? If its really long, i'd suggest cutting the hair off and donating the hair to Wig's for Kids, which gives wigs to kids with cancer. You can find info at:

I personally think, if you want a "cute" hairstyle, you need to go pretty short. You get a lot more options that way. Long hair says sophistication, while short hair is usually "cute". You can also check out some threads on new hairstyles here:
