i need to know because i don't know what to do with short brown hair i had a fade haircut but it's kinda grown out but quick i need ideas

Spike it up with gel or wax and use some spray on glitter (you can use the stuff intended for your skin or just make your own with a spray bottle, water and very fine glitter) to sparkle it up.
Or get brave and bleach it then dye it a radical colour like blue or fire-truck red.
