i have brown hair, just past my shoulders and i would like to do something different with it... i would like layers, but everytime i go they give me the same haircut... so if anyone could give me a picture or site to show what to do (including color) that would be great.... will chose best answer!

tell your hair-dresser that you would like the bed-head look. They should use a razer and make it choppy looking and then ask for side swept bangs, that would look great

ask them if u can get layers where it looks shortier in the front and it gets longer in the back it looks so cute or try some color like highlights or low light or streaks!!!!

or get layers and get ur underneath hair like a darker color than ur hair!!!!!!!

if u dont have bangs cut them so u dont have like 70s bangs but like medium length like by ur eyes and nose!

Try looking up magazines, or search famous people on google images it always helps me, but i usualy like geting layers with side bangs up to my eyes. Keep your top lawyer brown and dye your under layer blonde, or get peekaboo highlights.

when you get it cut say you want really defined choppy layers. If you tell them to texturize it they will layer it then chop it up when it's dry so it looks messy and really cute.

It also looks really cute if you gettexurized bangs too.
